Tactical Inhibit Stun

The Tactical Inhibit Stun feature allows a radio that has been misplaced to be temporarily disabled via remote commands from another radio, preventing the stunned radio from transmitting or receiving any messages and therefore ensuring that vital communications are not compromised.
